My name is Zack and I have a desire to learn from all of you while passing along some snippets of knowledge, interpersonal tips, favorite authors, and provoking reflections! Personally, I have formally studied counseling, psychology, and philosophy though I continue to read and absorb information daily from books, blogs, podcasts, YouTube videos, and my online/offline network!
